The BFNC Hope Center, a program of the Buffalo Federation of Neighborhood Centers, Inc. (BFNC) opened its doors in 2009, focusing on economic empowerment for individuals and families and serves over 3,000 Buffalo residents yearly. With a history of over 100 years of service, BFNC has been committed to providing quality human services to individuals and families in need.

A best practice model developed by the Annie E. Casey foundation, and implemented at the BFNC Hope Center, we bundle our services under one location, making it easier, less time consuming and more affordable for families to get the resources needed.
